Very cool environment as this place is very old but had been kept classy. It was extremely hot when we visited but the AC units in the rooms seemed to be keeping up. Front desk staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our room had a king size bed with a double jacuzzi. Bed was really comfy and the jacuzzi was...

I loved the hotel.....but if you don't like lugging your things up big flights of stairs, it's not for you. There is no elevator. Its in a great location and very clean. There are no rooms on the first floor so you will at least have to climb 1 flight of stairs. Parking is down the hill in the back...

Our original hotel suffered some water damage and they re-booked us in the New Orleans Hotel. Nice place. Nice people working there, especially Lee who took care of our front desk obligations. Room was nicely redone and while we could throw some stones at some of the details in the room, like outlet locations and the like, overall it was...

This is my third stay at this hotel. The location is perfect if you like to walk and shop without needing your car. It's located in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. The rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable, there was an easy chair and free wi-fi. The downside - no elevator. Our room was on the second floor...

We were delighted with the hotel. The staff did everything possible to make our visit enjoyable. The TV in our room...

This hotel is in a perfect location, has parking, and has lovely large rooms. The staff is helpful if one asks for help, the front desk clerk even offering to help my husband carry clothes upstairs. My favorite part is that it has been a very quiet stay. Of course, I understand it is off season, but there are other...

My wife and I stumbled upon this one blustery winter day. We negotiated a wonderful cash on the barrelhead rate and had a a grand time!! Lee, the most gracious clerk, offered to park our car, unload our baggage and deliver it up to our room all while checking us in with a most gracious manner!! The room, #113, was...

A nice hotel located in business district and the heart of ES. Stayed here 2 days, Friday & Saturday, October 30 and 31. Was surprisingly pleased with everything about the hotel. The hotel continues to hold onto it's character of the 1800's of which I enjoy knowing it is a survivor. Hotel staff was very friendly and charming. We had...

This place was amazing!! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We've been to Eureka numerous times but this was the first time staying in the Historic District and we loved it! They parked our car for us on Friday and we didn't need it again until Sunday to leave. Plenty of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping within walking distance...
