We stayed for one night and the hotel provided everything we needed, while the beds were comfortable too. Wifi is very quick and room is clean. Just a bit pricy of course, but that's Iceland. We had dinner in the restaurant which was tasty, but the dessert was not worth the money.

Great location but overall a little pricey. Hotel had average accommodations, but we were just looking for somewhere to crash for the night. Had dinner at the hotel which was great. For convenience, we ended up doing the breakfast buffet as well so we could just get on the road asap, but we didn't bother to ask how much it...

We stayed for one night, the hotel looks nice on arrival with fairy lights in the windows. Check in was ok, not exactly over effusive! We were recommended to book a table if we wanted to dine which was laughable as there were loads of tables free at 7pm and still at 7.30 when we did eat. The food was...

I was surprised to see that the hotel is actually located in the small village of Kirkubaejarklaustur. It is very lit up so it wasn’t as remote as the photos make it look. I was disappointed in that because we would never have seen the Northern Lights if it wasn’t for our guide who offered to take us out one...

The hotel is in a good location, being just five minutes of the highway, making it a great stopping location. The customer service was great and the reception area has clearly had a recent renovation which is clean and modern. Unfortunately our room did not reflect this and while it was clean, it was pretty old. The hallway into it...

The hotel is one of two hotels in the Kirkubaejarklaustur area. There's free parking in front of the hotel and there's enough space. The hotel is located close to a waterfall and looks decent from the outside. They were renovating the place when we got there so there were a lot of people working in the lobby area. We stayed...

On our trip to Jokuslaron we needed to spend a night somewhere along the southern coast and this was the prefect fit. Very modern, spacious and clean rooms. Restaurant food was very good but pricey! Friendly staff as well.

The rooms were very nicely kept and very friendly staff. The person on the reception was always ready to help you with the routs...

We stayed at the hotel for the New Years festivities and we had a great time. Wonderful dinner and then off to the community bonfire. We had the good fortune of seeing the Northern Lights. The hotel put on an amazing fireworks display with lots of champagne. The rooms are small and beds could be firmer. Small bathrooms without a...

We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a full day of visiting waterfalls and hiking the Sólheimajökull outlet glacier. The hotel have spacious rooms. The rooms are adequately heated even to the floor of the toilet. For breakfast, there was a good line of buffet. We were pampered from scrumptious sandwiches and sausages to self-made waffles. Overall it...
