360° Boutique Hotel & Thermal Baths is a new family-run luxury hotel situated in the beautiful countryside of the South of Iceland. The hotel, which opened in August 2018, is placed on a top of a hill and has a 360° view of the most astonishing mountains and volcanoes on the South Coast. This 4-star luxury lodge offers spacious and modern suites and deluxe rooms. All the rooms have high ceilings and large open windows featuring a beautiful view to ensure the best stay possible. All guests have access to a spa which includes a pool with warm geothermal water, a sauna, and a relaxing lounge with fire. Due to the richness of the minerals in the water bathing is said to have therapeutical and healing benefits. The size of the hotel, 13 rooms, provides the owners with an opportunity to offer their guests a very personal and attentive service. The guests frequently say that the hotel feels like a home away from home. Therefore it is not surprising that many of them choose to stay at the hotel for several days while exploring the amazing landscape and nature in the South of Iceland. Another quite unique thing about the hotel is the dining experience which can be explained as a community host table. In the evening a three-course dinner from local produce is served and all the guests are seated together at two long tables. The diners enjoy this culinary experience in the company of each other. They get to know each other and share their travel stories. Some have even formed a friendship with their fellow travelers. 360 hotel is where the past and the present meet – modern, central, and with all the magic of Iceland. All in all, our design style is about minimalistic, timeless, and classy interiors that remain warm and inviting, and are as much about function as style, with strong, clean lines and without a hint of excess.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and also had our wedding reception there. Hotel 360 was the most perfect, magical place to have our wedding. Not only is the hotel beautiful and the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, Olaf made sure our whole night went of without a hitch. I can honestly say it was the best night ever. Thank you so much for hosting us all! I can’t wait to come back.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is located on the hill with a 360 view so the name is to the point. It is modern, very well furnished. Each room has a glass wall through which you see surrounding nature. Breakfast is great and the diner is 10/10 with very tasty and beautifully served food. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is large. We enjoyed each day the SPA side of the hotel with Sauna, hot pool with water full of minerals, then colder small pool outside, cold barrel and our favorite jacuzzi with hot water on the top of the hill outdoors from where we could observe the sunset right behind the mountain. Hotel has its own parking, a small bar with a good selection of drinks. We stayed there for 5 nights, organizing trips back and forth to various wild destinations. We really enjoyed relaxing there every evening, spending time at the spa, having great food and a glass of good wine looking at the surrounding nature. The owners, their 2 cute dogs and hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We recommend this small, nice, modern design beautique hotel.

If you are visiting Iceland, you must include a stay here. It’s THAT special. The 360 is elegant and sophisticated, yet rustic and warm at the same time. The views are breathtaking. Even better are the people: Anna and Olafur are charming hosts, and their staff is delightful. Our favorite member of that staff—by far—is Tinna, a young and delightful Icelandic Shepherd. Tinna captures the heart of every guest. I miss her already! Anna gave us the best advice on where to go and what to see. I can honestly say there are memories I’ll treasure for life I’d have completely missed without her expert guidance. The 360’s location is absolutely perfect for exploring Iceland’s southern coast and gorgeous waterfalls. And dinner is delicious, served family-style. Their breakfast buffet is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and has something to delight everyone. Five stars and many more!

I booked the hotel as a special birthday celebration for my wife's birthday for all my family. The location of the hotel is on a hill away from the main road with spectacular views across to the mountains in the distance. The rooms are great, minimalist styling with a large bed which was very comfortable. We all used the thermal pools both indoor and outdoor which were great on very cold day. The food is exceptional worthy of a five star rating and although the menu was relatively limited the food was delicious. If you are thinking of staying at the hotel go ahead and book it you will not be disappointed

Anna and her husband have created a phenomenal boutique hotel situated far enough away from other properties such that you feel like the place is remote, but not far enough away from Reykjavik or Keflavik to feel like an eternity to get there. There is little light pollution making northern lights viewing special. While we were there this week Mother Nature did not disappoint! Amazing lights! Food is amazing, rooms are spacious, hot tubs/sauna are equally wonderful. Most importantly, Anna and her staff were kind, welcoming, considerate and always helpful. Amazing place run by generous and caring people. Highly, highly recommend Hotel 360!

A very cool hotel. We enjoyed the various pools/sauna and hilltop hot-tubs from which we saw the northern lights! The food at the restaurant was delicious both for dinner and for breakfast as were the drinks (highly recommend the mori olvisholt (sp?) red ale - delicious). The ambience of the main central room was cool. The dogs were great!!

We LOVED Hotel 360! Loved Ana and Olaf (the owners) and their sweet pups, their staff and every single detail of this special place. The views, the thermal baths, the delicious breakfast, the eclectic design and beautifully curated interior spaces...Hotel 360 is just outrageously wonderful. I found myself missing it from the moment we left and am so glad we got the chance to visit and experience the warm, relaxing and sweet vibes of Hotel 360! We hope to be back soon!

There is little to add to all of the other 5-star reviews, other than absolute agreement. The hotel is not only architecturally striking, but is also both designed and managed with great intelligence, warmth and hospitality. The owners are very "present" and extremely gracious hosts, and genuinely create an atmosphere where guests feel like they are staying with local friends who care deeply that they enjoy their time not only at the hotel itself, but throughout their time in Iceland. That is even higher praise than it sounds, since Iceland has a well-known "people shortage" and most tourist-facing service jobs throughout the country, even (actually, especially) in the finest establishments, are filled by Central and Eastern Europeans working there for just a few months or so, There's nothing wrong with that, but it does mean that a summertime tourist in Iceland can spend two weeks in the country and literally never actually speak to a single Icelander! That is absolutely not the case here, and entirely apart from the actual excellence of the facilities and location, our time at 360 was also our only meaningful opportunity to actually meet, chat and get valuable advice from warm and gracious Icelandic hosts who care deeply for their beautiful country and really do want you to experience and enjoy it to the fullest. The food and service at breakfast and dinner is excellent as well, although I'd offer one suggestion for the owners: Many visitors, especially but not only those from North America, enjoy not only new places but also new people while traveling, and it would be especially nice at such a small hotel if guests were offered the option to dine at a communal table, with other guests, if they wished to do so. This place is fantastic and we cannot wait to return!

This boutique hotel is amazing! This hotel is perfectly situated just off the main road leading towards Vik and very close to the turn for the Golden Circle. It is perched up on a hill giving every room a gorgeous 360 view of the surrounding Iceland landscapes. This hotel is super unique, quaint and immaculately cared for. The rooms and bedding were super comfortable. The food was *5 Star all the way. The thermal pools and thermal hot tubs were incredible. A definite highlight! A perfect place to see the Northern Lights! We were very lucky the night that we visited because the Northern Lights came out to put on a show for us! Incredible. My most memorable experience was having a coffee in the warm thermal hot tubs that are situated even higher than the hotel and watching the sunrise. Incredible stay. Anna and Oliver were amazing and I can't wait to come back again for another 5 star stay!
