Stayed here for two nights for a wedding. First impressions weren't great as our room wasn't ready until nearly 5pm which threw us out a bit as we wanted to get unpacked and ready for the wedding reception. I couldn't help feeling the apology for the delay wasn't genuine but they did take our luggage in and had it waiting...

The rooms were were nice. They didn't all have a balcony but that doesn't really matter to me. The lobby...

The band played until after 2.30am and now after reading more comments others have has the same experience! So if you want to sleep (the main idea of a hotel after all) don't stay here when a wedding is on - very tired and very annoyed.

Our rooms 304 and 303 were fantastic I would really recommend the junior suite. Views outstanding. We ate in both bar and restaurant, bar to be recommended with children. Reception could not change sterling to euros! Pool great but special times for kids😁 10am to late in morning children up early.

I just got back from 2 nights here last week. Our room was very nice on the 4th floor overlooking the water and we had a little balcony. The room was clean and stocked. We had dinner in the restaurant which was OK, but nothing really special. The dessert was the savior of the night, the chocolate pudding thing was...

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights top floor with ocean view. Very comfortable, excellent view, good food and service. Only fly in the ointment was bird droppings on veranda floor, hand rail and wooden board holding the railing. It was there when we arrived as I walked out on it and was not cleaned when the room was cleaned. Good...

I'm just back from a 3 night stay with my husband and two small kids. I get to stay in a lot of hotels so I've a good sense of what makes a great hotel. The location is stunning, right on the coast and feels removed and unspoilt, yet its only 5mins from castlematyr and about 20mins from middleton. On...

Stayed here recently for one night. Staff were very welcoming, rooms were clean and surprisingly large, a little attention to things like tile grouting and a couple of paintings in the bedroom would make a huge difference ! Overall though this is a great hotel, older gentleman in the bar was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also very good.

We stayed here for three nights and had a lovely time. It's a good basic four star hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast is good. We had one or two little niggles regarding plumbing which were mentioned but not fixed but it wouldn't put me off coming back here again.
