Spectacular view of the beach from our third floor room. Delicious breakfasts, lunch and afternoon tea. Open fire in the lounge and comfortable bar area. The staff are lovely. Rooms spacious and very clean. The decor is a little tired, however the prices are very favourable. Pack pyjamas - rather chilly at night! Very relaxing head massage in the spa....

I am writing this review because I was really delighted with our stay in this hotel as you will see from the title we had our dog with us and it was really a delightful experience. We arrived late Friday evening and to our delight we were able to enjoy a pizza delivered to our room after a long journey...

I Can't recommend this hotel highly enough and especially their Marine Spa. The rooms are luxurious and comfy with excellent views of the sea. The breakfast was table service and was very very tasty. The staff were very friendly and very efficient. The hotel itself is lovely and homely. I could have sat much longer in the front foyer in...

Had girls night with everything at our finger tips. Hospitality, service, room facilities, food, all perfect. Best selling point is the location which is right on the beach, you can not only see but hear the wild Atlantic, well done SandHouse. well done sand house.

I recently ate in the Sandhouse Hotel and, I have to say, that once again it was top class. All courses of our dinner were absolutely gorgeous and the ingredients so fresh. The service was also top class. I'd highly recommend it.

My family and I have stayed here twice and each time was wonderful. The hotel is a little remote with very little nightlife but also has an incredible beach and a peaceful quiet where you can share time together. Ire land is known for views and this location fits right in. We will stay there again when in the area....

Running out of options on a Saturday afternoon in Donegal and lucked upon the Sandhouse which had one room left. A Victorian masterpiece right on the ocean (although we passed on the ocean view due to the disco), this is a great hotel. The restaurant was excellent both in menu choice, staff and price. Breakfast the next morning was also...
