Imagine my surprise when the review posted by Gaiphi was attributed to me. It was me who spoke to you on the phone. The 'Reduced Menu' had no prices.....thought those days were over when customers weren't looking for value for money. Although the food was nice, it was an expensive meal. Pastry parcel €10.95, steaks at €27. Food served in... More

Dear Yvplus1, Thank you for your review of The Keadeen. I believe you spoke with Sharon from our Sales Department who incorrectly attributed the previous review to you (this can happen as TripAdvisor is an anonymous forum as you know). I believe in that conversation you indicated you had reviewed the bar bistro menu and prices online prior to booking... More

First off staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. However we pre booked our family meal and arrived to tables with menus having no prices listed! Assumed it was a set menu with starters and main courses included - and after receiving food that was ok but some of which was very salty - were very shocked at the huge prices... More

Entrance to hotel was lovely. V floriferous. Unfortunately the restaurant had just stopped serving when I arrived with my two girls. We went elsewhere. But would like to go back as it seemed like a nice place.
