Stayed at Slane Farm for a wedding and had a large and airy cottage. This was affordable and comfy. The bathroom was clean and shower was hot and powerful although old. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was excessive lime scale in the kettle... When desperate for a good cuppa tea! Charming but rustic.

Seeing the farm at work behind us in the field was a bonus too!!! There is a brilliant communal kitchen with everything you could need and it came in very handy...

We spent the last few days at Slane Farm Cottages and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We were attending a family wedding in Tankardstown and rented 4 cottages. From the beginning the staff were excellent even when one of our party had to cancel due to a sick child nothing was a problem. The cottages are spotless and spacious...

We stayed here as it was within easy striking distance of Drogheda and Tayto Park and what a great little place it is. Set beside a farm, it is safe, quiet and homely. And what a bargain! We had a cottage with a big spacious bedroom for 6 and a living room / kitchen with everything you could need. Perfect...
