A beautiful hotel the moment you step inside. Staff are so friendly and helpfull. The food very tasty. They have a very good lesure centre. Had been to some great weddings here, also had many family occasions here and was very happy with everthing.

Room was very comfortable. Had a group dinner which was excellent, with great service. Leisure centre was really great, nice pool, sauna, steam room. Had a couple of drinks at the bar which was pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast had full range everything, all you wanted to eat, really good service

We recently had a family meal for an 80th birthday over 30 sat down to eat - lovely surroundings we've eaten here many times before - just a few complaints this time - while the table was beautifully set some of the lillies in the flower arrangement were dead and looked bad. The service was good one of our waiters...

We 3 stayed in this modern spacious hotel for a busy Saturday night. I had a Booking.com reservation. I had used the reservation site when booking to make an enquiry which had not been responded to. The room issue was resolved but at a price. The room was spacious and well furnished. The beds and bed cloths were very comfortable...

Really impressed with the rooms, housekeeping at its best here. Reception staff efficient whilst under a bit of pressure but doing their best. Bar staff pretty dreadful though, 1 bar person for a full bar whilst a large suited manager person swanned around doing less than nothing and another barman did some "vital" paperwork. Breakfast a really good production but...

I'm writing this review in utter shock in the price of a cosmopolitan drink! First question when placing order do you know how to make a cosmopolitan? Bar man " of course"! I can only describe what came to my table was a WINE glass filled with ice and some sort of red drink which tasted like a cheap drink...

Stayed in this hotel earlier this year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovley. The leisure facilities were excellent ,the jacuzzi facility was just brilliant, clean and well kept, and leisure staff were very friendly. Would have no problem recommending this hotel for staying in.

Went with parents and two young kids. Our sterling is not what it was on my last visit so prices a bit high! However, food was fantastic! Service was very good. Would gladly recommend. Kids and folks all enjoyed the visit!

Ate in lounge. Food very nice but would have been nice to have a choice of a smaller burger. 10oz is too big. Could not finish. Don't like seeing food wasted. Staff very nice. Would call again. Many thanks.

I attended a black tie graduation ball and wow what a fabulous night. We arrived to a drinks reception and then onto a sumptuous dinner with attentive staff and fantastic service. We ended the night in our en-suite spacious modern room and woke up to a fantastic buffet breakfast which was accompanied by Green tea. Our group had a great...
