This was our second stay in this lovely hotel. We had an apartment last Dec and it was amazing. We had a room on the second floor this time and it was fine... The carpark outside the window was quite noisy even with the window closed. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection.

My friends and I stayed in an apartment here over night. The apartment was like a home away from home while traveling. We were able to cook dinner using the full kitchen and wash clothing in the washing machine. The amenities offered were above expectation. The staff at reception, in both restaurants, and various others were beyond helpful and kind....

Stayed in Annebrook House Hotel last night 18th Nov. Welcomed by lovely staff and quick check in. Stayed in the apartments which are very nicely decorated and spacious. Apartments had two bedrooms, en suites to both bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Spotless ! Had food in the restaurant and it really good and filled out empty stomachs from our 3...

We married on 29th Oct this year, and to be honest we could not have picked a finer venue than Annebrook House Hotel! From the coordination prior to the day and the day itself it was just a dream come true. We were treated to the finest food, wines, spoiled with extras and treated like we were superstars. I stayed at the Annebrook hotel with my wife and 3 young children for 3 nights for a mid term break. I had been hesitant in going on a hotel break again while the children are so young (6,2 & 8 months) as the last time no one had any sleep being confined to a single family room. However, when...

Last minute stopover at this charming hotel. My boys and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Very clean. Great showers. Great breakfast, perfect eggs! Only issue was heating. ...the room was cold on arrival ( 10 30pm) , someone came to turn heat on. It got too hot and I couldn't figure how to turn it off. We had...

We were here same time last year and had a few problems which were taken care of very well and we ended up having a great stay. As a result, we decided to return for a two night stay this year. Overall, I do like this hotel. A lovely restaurant for breakfast which served a fairly good standard of breakfast...

The room was large, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price of 89 euros which was a great deal. Off street parking was included and it was a short walk to several good restaurants. We'd stay again.

A 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. A pity we had to buy washing up liquid and glad we brought tea towels. If they supply pots and pans, why not supply the utensils to use them? No wonder the pans looked like they were never used! Breakfast was average. Living room chairs were very uncomfortable and the leather suite...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Annebrook House Hotel is Mullingar's newest 4* hotel. Centrally located in the centre of Mullingar over looking acres of Town Park. The Annebrook offers an excellent service to both its corporate & leisure guests. The hotel is built around an original Georgian house tastefully entwining the old with the new. The hotel boasts 26 executive rooms, 2 champagne suites, and 36 luxury 2 bedroom apartments which also have two en suites and a living area, the apartments are connected to the hotel via a glass walkway. All the accommodation is to a high standard. The Brosna River flows through the grounds of the Annebrook Houses. The river its self is probably one of the prime reasons why Mullingar exists at all as it would have been a significant factor why the Normans chose to build here in the medieval times. Dining at The Annebrook is a unique experience. The Old House Restaurant is located in the cellar of the Old house, with its original limestone walls and its original fire places it has a warm cosy Berty's bar offers a option of Carvery served at lunchtime or a bar food menu served in the evening. ... more   less
