Beautiful location. Elegant rooms, impeccable services, very clean. A quiet location, great for a relaxing week-end. Breakfast was very good, with options for any taste. About 10 min walk to city center. Great view to the mountains and about 15 min car ride to 1400 alt.

Stayed there with my Danish family (2 adults and 2 kids (3 years & 6 months). The place is very clean, which especially is important when travelling with small kids. We had a double bedroom with a big bathroom and a great “view lounge”, from where there was a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was super friendly and...

Very clean rooms and hot during winter and spring seasons, when it is colder outside. The bathroom is big and clean, hot water provided all the time. The only disadvantage is the small size of the towels, they don't wipe enough after shower. The landscape from the room is amazing, as the villa is positioned up on a hill over...

We stayed here for a weekend. The Vila is beautifully renovated, the bed very comfortable, room clean, huge breakfast, great service from the owners. 5 minute walk down the hill to the center of Sinaia, beautiful view. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed 2 nights at Vila sinaia 1929 this summer 2015. We were 8 people and had 2 double room and one 4-people flat. The rooms were clean and pleasant, no problem with the shower or the toilets. The landscape was beautiful and we enjoyed being at a little distance from the city center. We had no trouble finding the...

Rooms provided by the hotel are nice, clean and well equipped (free Wi-Fi), big enough for two persons. Bed was OK. Breakfast (separate price) was good and better than in many big hotels. Romania is still a cheap location for travelers. The hotel is situated on the hill-side so walking requires some physical effort.

We got an apartment with a great view of the Bucegi mountains in the middle of the quiet charming town...the castles and the train station is bit of a walk but walking around town is pleasant...wifi is a little weak...which was our only complaint...great value

Very good hotel and sity! King Carol I of Romania (1839–1914), under whose reign the country gained its independence, first visited the site of the future castle in 1866 and fell in love with the magnificent mountain scenery. In 1872, the Crown purchased 1,300 square kilometres (500 sq mi) of land near the Piatra Arsă River. The estate was named...

It is far away from Sinia center as desicribed,at least half an hour climbing.A nice villa with remains of a glory past before the Second World War.A very bad smell in the rooms which knew better times. The payment was in a very high change, more than 4.5 Ron to Euro which is a shame!.No breakfast. Avoid this B&B!.

Dear Sir/ Madam, we really don't know if you ever stayed in our place, because all seems mixed up... We are 5-7 minutes from the city center and anyone can see it on google maps so maybe you stayed in another place. Regarding the currency, the Nacional Bank of Romania lists the currency to 1.44 lei/ 1 euro and exchange...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Probably the only villa in Sinaia, which is still owned and run buy the family which built it 1929. Our grandparents built the villa in 1929 as holiday house for them and their family. In 1947 the communists nationalized the villa and neither our grandparents nor our parents could use it for more then 50 years. We got in court our property in 2000, in a very poor condition. For several years we had renovated the villa bringing it to the XXI century standards. ... more   less
