We have visited these apartments six times in ten years but have to say this one was one of the best we have had on the site. It was 115A, was spacious, very well equipped and had many English language TV channels including movies and...More
This urbanisation is at the bottom of the Almijara mountain range. It was built in the 70's in the Andalucian style. It copies the white washed villages around and is vey pretty. It has a pool with lifeguard, poolside bar, a restaurant and bar, a...More
These apartments are stunning. All are white washed and in great condition. The complex is spotless and there's a lovely little restaurant located next to the three pools. It's a 20 minute walk into the centre of nerja or there is an hourly bus that...More
Loved our stay here. Have been on 3 different occasions. Accommodation varied and excellent. About 10/15 min walk to centre of Nerja downhill. Lovely pool and surroundings. Probably not suitable for elderly or those not good on foot as uphill but will definitely be back...More

Hi, I've booked my holiday through Global Hoppers. Subsequently I've seen mixed reviews for apartments on this complex (I gather they are owned buy different owners so it's hit and miss). Also I've read mainly poor reviews on these agents. There's nothing I can do to change now so I'm wondering if anyone can give me any positive feedback of having stayed at El Capistrano or Las Rosas Capistrano using Global Hoppers as the travel agent? It's a flight plus deal and dies not include transfer. Thanks

El Capistrano is a beautiful complex overall. But you are right the apartments are owned by different people. And some have been updated others haven't. The agents are very good, and if you are unhappy with the quality of your allocated apartment they will endeavour to make a change. All apartments have minimum requirements for equipment, cleanliness, safety and the law requires air conditioning to be fitted. However, complaints tend to be more about aesthetics which are very personal and difficult to accommodate. Have a great time.
