We booked here as last minute alternative to a hotel we had trouble in Puerto de le Cruz, and definetly landed on our feet. We ended up staying for three nights in the end. The location is excellent, with great views out over the rooftops to the ocean (or clouds below depending on the time of day). La Orotava is...

I was acommodated in Pension Silene Orotava tree times. I was returning during one holiday and have tree types of the rooms: courtyard room, room with the terrace and mezzanine one. Short summary: - profesional staff - delicious breckfast (fresh bread, local cheeses, ham, ...) served from 8:30 - rooms, bathroom included are very clean - beds/ matterrs and blankets...

Where do we start. Antonio and Theresia are renovating this characterful 1920's building in a classical local style on a typical cobbled street in the historical centre (Centro Storico) of La Oratava. They currently have four rooms, there will be more - we stayed in room 103 which has a terrace with a panoramic view. From the start we felt...

Hard to know what to say about this one. It's in a good central location, and very reasonaby priced. Shower was very hot, room not over large, but there was a table and chairs on the large terrace/balcony. Breakfast was served on the lowest floor from 8:30am which was a bit late for us, especially when there was a plane...

We loved staying at this nice old pension for few days. Don't expect everything perfect, it is an old building and the bathrom is really tiny, but the bed is comfortable, the breakfas is fresh and tasty, and the terrace with the ocean view is really nice. Antonio is very kind and accommodating. Most of the time we found a...

Fabulous Pension! great value for money too! Our room 103, was beautiful, with an amazing terrace looking over the rooftops and to the sea, just stunning and we very much enjoyed drinking a glass of wine on this terrace. The wine was a gift from the owner, an anniversary present. There is a mix of modern and new within the...

Delighted to read other reviews of this lovely pension. We have stayed here twice (the first time in February 2008) - and, yes, we too had Room 103! The owner keeps in touch with his clients by sending good wishes by e-mail at Christmas. We enjoyed the elegance of the building and the eccentricity of the arrangements (breakfast is prepared...

Small and far away from those big hotel resorts that you find all over the island. The owner Antonio is a very kind person and really try to make your stay nice. Very good breakfast with different kinds of bread and also nice cheeses. Not the square ones that you usually find. Room nice but a little chilly at this...

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this beautiful well-kept house in the historic centre of Orotava. Three of the four rooms have huge balconies, overlooking the old town. We stayed in room 103, which some people have recommended. The room is lovely, but it might be a little bit too hot in the mezzanine during the night. The...

We've spent 5 nights at this little hotel. Rooms have a fabulous view to the valley and ocean. The house is built like a ryad, with a high patio surrounding the rooms. It's well maintained, canarian decoration and very clean.
