Loved our stay here in Sigtuna. Originally booked as a quick stay because it was close to the airport, but absolutely loved how quaint and peaceful. A lot of cute spots in common areas to relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Best part was the breakfast buffet. AMAZING selection, we were pleasantly surprised :) Close location...

Experience is overall good. The room was classy ( I had a room without TV) and food was just awesome. I had a conference there, so could not leave the place for 3 days. The Staff were good and friendly. Only I would recommend that this place should have a kitchen for the guests. I arrive around 6 pm on...

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place has been a hotel for a hundred years next year and is run as a not for profit organisation with a strong set of values based around Human Rights humanitarian values and civil society. It is then no surprise to find that it feels different to many hotels you go to, and...

I loved waking up to a breakfast buffet served in a quaint garden! This was one of my favorite places to eat breakfast where I as a gluten and dairy intolerant individual could enjoy so many things on offer. They offered gluten free bread and made upon request oat milk for my coffee! The kids were also pleased with so...

We stayed in Room 403 which had french doors out to our private balcony overlooking the lake--all for the price of about $120! This place was the find of a life time. Loved the village, running along the lake was great--such a wonderful respite from Stockholm, Berlin and Copenhagen. Would definitely return. Oh, and the breakfast was sensational.

Very rustic monastry style, like a castle. Sauna and TV room. Sigtuna village nearby with historical sites, church ruins more than four, Near lake Mälaren, calm and fresh environment, no train connections.

Usually when we’re travelling and need to stay by an airport, we’re looking at price and practicality only. Sure, we don’t want to stay in a dump, but we’re not expecting to be wowed by our accommodations, or even the area around it. Well Sigtunastiftelsen Hotell & Konferens (and Sigtuna the town) did just that, and even though it was...

This hotel is walking distance from the old town of Sigtuna and the lake and reasonably priced all things considered. There are no TVs in the room but free wifi is available with a code from reception and the breakfast buffet was extensive with good selection of cereals, juices, fruit, cold meats and cheese. No hot food except for boiled...

Peacefull and quite, with beautiful architecture and views. Loved the chappel with the musical instruments. There are bicycles that can be borrowed to look around town. The famous boardwalk is only 10 min away.
