The walls of adjoining rooms are very thin. We could hear the next room's occupants snoring. Although renovated in 2008, the room and corridors/stairways are looking tired.

Pretty standard pub meal. Staff friendly. Large range of drinks but not a huge good menu. A few things out of stock which we were told after we ordered, which wasn't an issue but was dissapointing when there wasn't that much choice. Would say better...More
A brilliant Sunday lunch, I could not fault my gammon, it exceeded all expectations my girlfriend was equally impressed, the service was really good. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! They also happily welcome dogs and puppies in the bar area too
Came in one night and was very surprised, quality food for a very cheap price, service was very good. Brought my food by a polite little lad with red hair. Had a steak that was cooked to perfection. Brilliant.
Took mum here today we both chose the Friday lunch special, freshly battered fish and chips. It was delicious and only £3.95 per person. Different special served Monday to Friday lunch.We'll definitely be going back. Lovely bar and restaurant, well worth a visit.
