The accommodation is beautiful - the photos don't do it justice! Silent air conditioning in our room was very welcome on a very hot day. Spotlessly clean with so many thoughtful touches. Breakfast in the private dining room was delicious, the garden room is delightful with views onto a very pretty garden, we loved watching the koi carp in the...

We only stayed a night at Christine's but wished we were staying longer. The property is on a quiet residential road with off street parking. The room was absolutely spotless with every amenity you could think of. Breakfast was outstanding and Christine was the perfect hostess. I would highly recommend this accommodation for those wanting to explore Kings Lynn and...

We were visiting the area for a mid-week break and Acorn B&B came highly recommended by a friend. Our expectations were more than met; from the start our hostess was warm and welcoming. Her house and garden were immaculate. Both bedrooms were very clean and well furnished with quality amenities. The daily breakfast menu was generous and the meals beautifully...

We were told about this B&B from a friend who had visited a few years back. As we were going to see some Banger Racing we thought we would try it out. We found Acorn B&B excellent. A friendly and helpful landlady who made us very welcome. There is a lovely garden to sit in on warm days. If you feel like a break from driving there are several bus routes that take you round the coast, the bus stops being just round the corner. It was our first visit to Norfolk...

Very friendly and helpful owner. We were stressed from a very bad experience with a prepaid online misrepresentation of accommodation in London. Acorn was the exact opposite. Beautiful property and first rate service and accommodation.
