This is a great B&B; landlady Tammy is very friendly offering some great tips on things to see and do in the area as well as best places to eat. Room was very clean and had everything you could need; breakfast was fantastic and certainly a great way to start the day. Only downside is that Tammy is hanging up...

Clean, spacious room. Amazing breakfast, landlady was friendly and gave us hints and tips on local area. It's about a 10-15 min walk from the centre of Padstow depends on how fit you are. Also the walk home was up a very steep hill.

We stayed 2 nights here in the May half term , finding accomodation in padstow with a child is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, but tammy was more than happy to take our 9yr old if we could bring a blow up bed, but she would provide the bedding. The location is just on the edge...

We had a very nice stay in West House Padstow. The landlady was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. The room is clean and you have everything you need. It's walking distance to the center of Padstow and a very good starting point to explore the region.

We stayed at West house B&B for 3 three nights. We initially booked for two nights, but enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Room is modern and bright, with a great shower. Free wifi is also provided. Ample parking with only a short walk into the centre...

We stayed here on 17th April 2015. It was last minute booking and the best decision we have ever made. Tammy made us feel so welcome. Our double room was beautiful and the extra frills Tammy offered like Kit Kat with the tea and coffee and a bowl of local fudge by the bedside was just the icing on the...

The B&B was lovely and smart and clean, Tammy was an excellent and friendly host, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and plenty of choice. Room was great, bed comfortable, bathroom water pressure good, big shower! A short easy walk into town and in a quiet area. Definitely would recommend!

Stayed here for one night last weekend, Tammy was very welcoming, especially as we booked this at very short notice. Room was perfect, everything we needed, and breakfast was lovely. We left with plenty of local knowledge, and suggestions of places to visit on our journey up the north coast of Cornwall. We'd certainly stay here again.

My Husband and I were in very much need of a break away, and we found this wonderful B&B in Padstow. We stayed at West House for three nights and the only thing I regret was not having more time there, would definitely stay again. The room was beautiful, so well looked after, truly lovely. Breakfast was lovely and very...

We've been coming the Cornwall for many years now and this has to be the best place we've stayed. This must be the tenth time we've stopped with Paul and Tammy and every time we've been treated to great hospitality and welcome. West House a modern guest house with all the amenities you might need. Only a short walk from...

“We stayed in the room to the side, was lovely, own entrance. Only downside is it's next to the kitchen, so you can hear some noise in the morning, not disruptive at all. Happy to recommend, but am sure the other room(s) just as good!”
