It was our first time at Old Mill Farm and it was truly magnificent. The building has so much charm and character with wonderful views of the River Dart. The owners are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. Tea/Coffee and cake are offered on arrival which is a lovely gesture and the breakfast is superb. The bed was...

If only all B&B's were like this! This is the very best B&B I have ever stayed in. Beautiful location, beautiful surroundings, friendly owners and a scrumptious breakfast. Just 5 minutes from my parents makes it a great excuse to go back although we haven;t for one reason. It is a little too pricey for a B&B in my opinion...

We stayed just for 2 nights, and would thoroughly recommend staying here - Kate and Robert were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The Old Mill is an amazing building that has been tastefully modernised and is very stylish, and the grounds stunning. We were greeted with tea and home made cakes, and the breakfasts were delicious. The room...

My wife and I stayed at the 'Old Mill' on 8th and 9th Sept 2010 and can thoroughly recommend it. It's somewhat more expensive than the average price for Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Devon, but you certainly get what you pay for. Our bedroom was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a stupendous view up the river Dart - the...

Absolutely Wonderful! Did not want to leave. We were welcomed warmly with a pot of tea and a piece of delicious home-made cake. Robert and Kate managed to make us feel like old friends rather than guests and we settled in no time at all in the beautiful, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished room. The view was outstanding, the bedding...

This is 5-star accommodation in every respect. Even on a cloudy day the location was peaceful and magical. Our room (Kingfisher) overlooked the river and we didn't even have to get out of bed to enjoy the view as dawn broke. What a way to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The house has been recently renovated to an extremely high standard...

If you read the review from 'Contessa' which goes into some detail, then that says it all. For us Old Mill Farm represents a state of the art professionalism in how to run a B&B. Actually "B&B" is an inadequate description for this wonderful establishment. We would rather stay here than a 5 star hotel. Need we say more?

We stayed for 4 nights at Old Mill Farm and it was like staying with friends. We felt so welcome and well looked after that we didn't want to leave. The location, right on the river Dart, is incredible and very well located for exploring Dartmouth, Totnes and the national park. Our hosts, Kate and Robert, had recommended and booked...

What a wonderful surprise to be welcomed into "Old Mill" as both the setting and our room exceeded our expectations. We had chosen "Kingfisher" and weren't we pleased we had ! It is beautiful, comfortable and luxurious with waterside views from bed as well as from the armchairs. The colour scheme of turquoise and off white suits the location beautifully...
