We stayed for 2 nights in August. We received confirmation by text very quickly, and were given a code for the front door, because the owner wasn't going to be around when we arrived at 8pm. The room was ok although a bit dated, although the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite compact, but this is a B&B, so...

We were lucky to get last minute accommodations at the Blue Sky B&B in Lyme in August. We were travelling with 2 families of 4 with older children. We stayed in 4 double rooms on the second floor. Clare was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfortable. City parking was a couple blocks away and B&B...

Stayed for 1 night in early July and the customer service was excellent. We left a message on the phone number and were called back within 30 minutes. Room was nice and comfortable but quite small. Breakfast was great and the front code system was very convenient. The decor of the place was lovely with some really nice touches -...

Dreary, unwelcoming and generally uninviting, also overpriced. Would not recommend it. The breakfast room was poorly arranged and involved having to jump up and get milk, jam etc., from other end of table instead of having these items at both ends. The toast was plastic bread hardly toasted and sparse with butter and jam in sachets and not in dishes....

We have just come back from a weekend away in Lyme Regis. Staying at the Blue Sky B&B was a delight. Clare made us feel very welcome and sat and chatted with her guests in the breakfast room. Breakfast was great and plentiful . Continental breakfast looked lovely when a couple ordered it. Close to the top of the high...

Just finished our second stay at the Blue Sky B&B. Since our last stay the place has had a lick of paint and the same room we stayed in last time redecorated. The breakfast room has changed which has made it more communal which we liked, but listening to some other guests comments wasn't universal. The cooked breakfast sets you...

My Partner and i enjoyed staying at the Blue Sky B&B. The location was ideal providing easy access to the beach and town on foot. The room was decorated to a good standard and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good variety of books to read in the room.

I don't understand the less-than-complimentary reviews posted here. We had a FANTASTIC stay. My partner and I (32 YO) stayed for 3 nights at the end of a long holiday around Europe. We organized our stay mid-travel and the host, Claire, got back to us straight away via email and gave us very helpful info about getting there, and events...

This b&b is in a great location and the car park is cheap and within easy reach, plus there's short stay parking right outside if you have a lot of luggage. But we were disappointed with our stay for a number of reasons. Firstly the room was very compact - wardrobe not big enough to hang more than a couple...

Stayed here for a night whilst bicycle touring the south-west coast. Was greeted with a lovely response from the host and she was more than happy to let me keep my bike inside.. (Even in my room) The room & onsuite was gorgeous & really laid out well. Was gasping for a cuppa when I got in and it was...
