We were on our way from Lancashire to a wedding down in Cornwall. Two couples, seperate rooms, both of which were comfortable and well appointed. Arriving seperately from different directions, mine hostess, Hilary, made the breakfast room available for us to have our evening picnic. We went to the wedding in one car, Richard showing us where I could park... More

Hilary was an excellent host and provided me with everything I needed during my stay. The room was excellent, with a great view and the break was truly Full English. Hilary sat me at the biggest table and in the biggest chair, I felt truly special :). Hilary and Richard were kind enough to even provide me with a ride... More

Due to horrendous rain and massive road works, we arrived very late at the farm. I had telephoned to let them know of the delay. The owner said not to worry and just carry on. I was concerned as we didn't arrive until 11.30 pm but the owners were very pleasant and not at all bothered by the lateness. Their... More

We returned here as sour last visit was lovely. Our welcome was great. The rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast as good as last time. Unfortunately we won't be going back as we were spoken to like naughty school children regarding how long we stayed in our room! Apparently you have to bee out of your room by 10am and... More

Just returned from our first stay at the this working farm B&B but it certainly won't be our last! Good sized rooms, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, very quiet and good location. What more could one want?

We only stayed one night, while walking The Cotswold Way,we were very impressed with all aspects of our accommodation and the reception we received from the owners, who, despite being clearly very busy people were most helpful. Without doubt we would be more than happy to stay there again.

I stayed at Waterend Farm for 4 nights. Hilary and Richard are excellent hosts. I stayed during their busy lambing season but they took the time to show me their beautiful sheep.I had a fantastic breakfast every morning. I stayed in the Texel room and slept like a log every night. I would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Lovely B & B run by a couple who are enthusiastic about their guests and their sheep. This is s working sheep farm, with a function room attached.
