Stayed for 4 nights on business. Tom is a most welcoming host and an interesting conversationalist. Although I didn't take advantage of his cooked breakfasts, they looked delicious - locally-sourced products too. I stayed in a ground-floor annex. The room was enormous and pleasently cool during a warm spell. Clean and tidy room with separate private bathroom within the self-contained...

We stayed at The Limes overnight to break our journey to Northumberland. We had a well furnished and comfortable room in a very pleasant setting about a mile outside the town centre. We had a good breakfast and I fully endorse the other positive reviews.

The Limes is down a long driveway next to a waterway hence no passing traffic. Tom welcomed us and arranged breakfast details then showed us our room. It was a big room with a king double bed. There were a couple of lounge chairs. No biscuits on tea tray. We enjoyed a walk along the public footpath behind our room....

I stayed here on Saturday/Sunday. Tom and his wife are a charming couple. The accommodation was spotless, and charming. Had a lovely large room and double bed; lots of drawer/wardrobe space; seating accommodation; complimentary tea/coffee making facilities; TV; smashing view of the gardens; and bathroom was literally just around the corner from my room (which was exclusive to my room)....

A huge huge thank you to Tom for his hospitality and kindness shown to myself and brother during a family emergency. A stunning little B&B tucked away, comfortable, clean and modern. Tom could not do enough for us and his cooked breakfast each morning helped with the struggle faced each day. A five minute drive from Pilgrim hospital and town...

This has been out 3rd year staying at The Limes whilst visiting family in Boston and we haven't been able to fault any of our time spent here. Spacious rooms with lovely views and an amazing breakfast. Will continue to use The Limes for as long as Tom will have us. See you again next year.

this was my second visit to The Limes and was exactly what I expected it to be. Our room, `The Owls` was excellent with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was perfect and right on time. The host ,Tom, looked after us superbly, even helping when I acquired a puncture during our travels. The Cowbridge House Inn across the...

Tom the gentleman that owns the Limes, is very friendly and cooks a mean full breakfast. The rooms we had above the garage were excellent. When we visit our son again, we shall certainly stay at the Limes B & B.
