The ‘but’is a warning about the Kilburn double room if you are a light sleeper. There is an annoying machine noise from the kitchen downstairs all night. In all other respects this is a lovely place, comfortable room and bathroom and great breakfast.

Lovely and clean room. Great views of Byland Abby. I stayed in mouse man room, decor was wonderfully with the little carved wooden mice on the furniture.
Breakfast had a nice selection of fruits and cooked breakfast was good.
