I recently spent 2 nights here with a group and we had a great time. The dining room was nice and clean, and food decent, but the main awesomeness was my room - it was gorgeous, had a sitting room with a view over the Firth and hardwood floors. The bathroom had a huge beautiful tub (no shower) and plenty...

Stayed here on a hill walking trip. I loved the hotel, the staff were very friendly and the views from the hotel were fantastic. Food was good; portions were huge. they have a range of gins, some of which I tasted in the evening. I completely enjoyed my stay there and would definitely go back if I was in the...

Had a lovely stay at Myrtle Bank Hotel. We stayed there a couple of years ago and the hotel is still of a high standard, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a room at the front overlooking the sea and it was a fabulous view, the room itself was large, could have taken 2 double beds.. with...

Arrived wondering if we'd made a mistake booking here as the hotel seemed so empty and austere. As it turned out the room was large and comfortable, views magnificent and food very good, both breakfasts and dinner.

Portion size exceptional - quality slightly variable but do not let this put you off. Standard fare. Great staff, friendly and attentive. True value for money with a terrific view as well. Parking is easy and a post dinner walk is a must (weather permitting).

Lovely hotel with comfortable bedrooms with marvellous sea view, overlooking Loch Gairloch, and across to the Isle of Skye. Staff friendly and informative, and food is excellent, and locally sourced. We strongly recommend this place.

Stayed for one night and thankful we hadn't booked for longer! Wifi is one of my must haves and despite claiming they did have it, it was virtually unusable. When I complained about it I was told "join the club!" Very helpful indeed! We had eaten very well the previous few nights and I did say to my wife that...

I stayed here for two nights in September as part of a large group. We were spoiled with such fantastic weather and the Myrtle Bank really is an absolute pleasure in the sunshine - the view at the front over the loch is simply incredible. The room was perfect and there was a good shower - which is a must!...

Don't usually leave reviews for a dinner out, but our party of 4 ate here and loved it. With a veggy and gluten intolerant in our group it can be tricky, but there was a great choice and great portions (and properly marked menu!) . The veggy burger was the best vegetarian burger of all time. The lamb fell off...

We ate here on a Saturday night, for which a reservation was very necessary, & every thing was perfect. My starter of smoked salmon was delicious & enough to almost be considered a main course! This was followed by a 10oz sirloin steak (medium rare) cooked to perfection with vine tomatoes, onion rings, mushrooms & beautiful chips. Washed down with...
