Great location on good walking routes. Expensive but decent food. Nice terrace with friendly old dog. Nice girl serving but guys behind bar very disdainful. Frequented by very posh country set at lunchtime. More a restaurant then pub.
Visited The Beckford Arms on Saturday evening. As soon as we walked in the staff were very welcoming. We were seated in the Sitting Room, which was really nice and comfortable. The food was lovely, everything tasted good and was presented, very well.
