We decided to take a trip to Newton Stewart to enjoy the mountain biking around the area. Villa Cree was an amazing place to visit, Sheila & Steve were great - very friendly and good banter. The breakfast was excellent and the local info they gave was superb. The room we were in was very comfortable and the whole place...

Myself & my sister stayed at Villa Cree a few weeks ago upon visting our Grand parents. After the grand review off our aunt and uncle who stayed earlier this year we knew we would be well looked after. Sheila & Steve made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, nothing is too much for them. Any request...

What do you want from a B&B? Decent room, clean and spacious enough. The facilities you need, friendly owners, there, but not intrusive, great location, a GREAT breakfast (the best black pudding in Scotland? Maybe). We stayed three nights, slept well and will certainly go straight back if ever we travel that way again.

A B&B only has to do 3 things 1) be friendly and welcoming 2) provide a nice room 3) provide a nice breakfast. Villa Cree does all these really well. On arrival the hosts Sheila and Steve welcomed us inside, showed us to our room and then made us a cup of tea in the lounge to relax. They were...

Steve & Shiela have understood what hospitality is. Villa Cree is not a 'grande hotel', it is a small bed & breakfast with everything you should expect and much much more. I stay in lots of b&bs and tend to compare them with Villa Cree now (no joke). For the price I pay at Villa Cree pretty much every other...

Having been disgusted by the place we had booked into and walked out (Isle of Whithorn) we found this one by chance, and what good fortune that was. The good luck continued when we found that there were vacancies due to a recent addition to the family, meaning that Shiela and Steve hadn't booked themselves up! The stay started with...
