We made a spur of the moment decision to book at this hotel for one night as all the reviews looked good and it was conveniently located near the centre of Newton Stewart. On checking in we were given the keys to room 2. It was dreadful, and urgently in need of an upgrade - the paintwork was shabby, there...

Stayed at Conifer lodges and visited Cree bridge restaurant, can recommend the chicken madras, lasagne, gammon and the steaks, all gorgeous decent sized portions. Kenny the barman was his usual attentive self, he really cannot do enough for you from entertaining the kids, serving us drinks and feeding the dog!! Thanks again Cree Bridge and staff will be back again...

We were staying at the nearby Conifer Lodges, so only visited the Creebridge House Hotel for dinner. The welcome pack in the lodge listed the Creebridge at the top of their list, and after eating there I can see why. We arrived slightly early for the dinner session opening at 6pm, so had a drink in the bar, which was...

Lovely hotel just outside of Newton Stewart High Street. We were stopping by for a night before heading East into the Borders. Food was good and on the Friday night the large restaurant was very popular. Off the main road so quiet and comfortable. Very cheerful staff always on hand to help and 2 nice open fires were on the...

Came to Creebridge for birthday lunch. Have been to the Creebridge many times. Kenny the barman was friendly as always and is a great character. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The menu is very good and I've never had a bad meal at the Creebridge. I had fish and chips and my partner had a Cajun chicken burger. The...

Stayed here last year for a mountain bike event so was the obvious choice to stay here again this year. Once again the place is perfect for what I needed, plenty onsite parking, free wifi, and breakfast was nice and early as the mountain bike events usually start too early for most hotels. Will definitely stay here again next year...

We were taking part in the Galloway Gallop mountain bike endurance ride. The Creebridge House Hotel was perfect. It is welcoming immaculately clean and comfortable. Sarah the lady who welcomed us and looked after us throughout our stay was lovely. She arranged an early breakfast for us as we were leaving before the normal breakfast time. We will return.

Recently visited this establishment with my family for a causal Saturday night dinner. Before ordering we were seated in the bar area to order our meal. During the meal the waiters and waitresses were polite and the service was relatively fast. Some points we did notice about the meal were that the beef medallions, for the price, didn't come with...
