Stayed three days at this lovely farmhouse with open views and abundance of wildlife around. Excellent home cooking by Mandy, and nothing was too much trouble. Well appointed rooms and comfy bed just completed the stay. Recommend.

My partner and I recently visited Dumfries and Galloway to mountain bike in the 7Stanes. Airds Farm was perfect for our needs - conveniently located for riding Mabie, Kirroughtree and Dalbeattie trails, and very cosy, with beautiful views over the countryside. Mandy was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful, and made us feel very at home. The breakfasts were excellent, and...

My cocker spaniel was in urgent need of some training as she reached 2 years old whilst still pulling like a wee husky in a hurry! I spent 4 days at Airds Farm whilst Mick was teaching both of us how to manage, and am really impressed with the improvement resulting. What I did not expect was the warm welcome...

We've just returned from a fabulous week in the self catering cottage at Airds Farm. A cosy 3 bedroom cottage attached to the lovely owners B&B business and home. We all (husband and 3 small children) had the most perfect holiday and were really upset to have to leave. There's so much to do and explore in the local area,...

One of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. Not just for the best breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs from happy family farm hens or the fantastic views of the lake and country side or the comfortable generous sized rooms. It was from the friendly hosts Manny and Mick. Mick was a big man with a great big explosive laugh,...

Stayed for four nights and everything was excellent. We had a room over looking the loch and it was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, there were two chairs so you did not have to sit on the bed. A small table would have been a good addition. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The setting is...
