very run down, avoid room at rear by kitchen extractors, needs lots of cleaning and room revamping, breakfast ample but cheap produce, overall a depressing experience. on the plus side, all staff very friendly, and entrance hall and bar lovely from a past gone era. Basically you get what you pay for.

very disapointing and tired hotel, accomadation is not good, in general this is a run down hotel that needs a lot of money spent on it which sadley the owners dont have. ( for no fault of their own) so the owner says.
