Although our 2 bedroom unit could use a little updating, everything about the resort speaks to a welcoming happy atmosphere. Walk in the morning with David to explore the area, then water aerobics. Bingo some afternoons. Lots of nice beaches and entertainment in Maho.

It seems that the first floor rooms have patios. From there you can walk out to the pool. However, there are gardens between the patios and pool, so there is some privacy from the pool. And none of the common walkways go... More
It seems that the first floor rooms have patios. From there you can walk out to the pool. However, there are gardens between the patios and pool, so there is some privacy from the pool. And none of the common walkways go through those patios. Meaning there shouldn't be a lot of foot traffic. While I was on an upper floor, it didn't seem that the first floor guests were imposed upon by other guests.
Also, while this general area seemed pretty safe, the resort itself did employ private security teams.
No. The rooms do not have Washer and Dryer. There are a few washers on the first floor (pool level).
