This my second review of Ladysmith house. I have visited Ullapool for many years as a single traveller but this year stayed with my wife. Ladysmith is as good as ever, a super welcome from Pauline and Niven, great accomodation, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on, spotlessly clean and a super breakfast. Ladysmith house remains...

We stayed here for a night on a planned trip up the West Coast stopping at a number of places. I phoned to book around 2 weeks before hand and booked a single and double room (the single was for my daughter and we were placed on the same floor which was great as it kept us all together). The...

The breakfast was delicious, the bed cozy and the room and facilities comfortable and clean. Our host were very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night but I am glad we did. We will stay there next time in town

10 minutes before reaching Ullapool we managed to get a booking online and we were very lucky as the village was full that evening with hosts at Ladysmith phoning around to find rooms for other people. We had a nice room with a good ensuite and tea and biscuits were offered on our arrival. It is only 100 m from...

My husband & I stayed one night during a business trip. We received a lovely warm welcome upon arrival & were provided with coffee on arrival. The house is very clean & has a nice feeling about it but whilst the bedroom was very sufficient for two people, the shower room was so tiny there was hardly room to move....

Pauline was a lovely host and Ladysmith Guesthouse had a very home away from home feel. I had booked a single room but was lucky enough by chance to be put into a double room which had its own bathroom. The room was very clean, the shower pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The location is only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Ullapool. The room is clean and cozy with free wifi and the price is reasonable with a super tasty breakfast. The best thing at all is they offer online booking which can save your time for making a call.

Stayed 4 years ago in a hotel in Ullapool which was terrible and more expensive than this wonderful B&B. Pauline and Niv are just great and nothing too much trouble. Even let us park our motorbike right outside the front window. Brilliant breakfast, the place to stay in Ullapool.
