Stayed here with my husband while we were doing the North Coast 500 so only stayed for one night but our room was large with a good sized wardrobe, comfortable bed and small but modern ensuite bathroom. There was tea and coffee making stuff and some fudge in a little jar which I thought was a lovely touch. The towels...

We were staying in Ardlair for one night, as we wanted to catch an early ferry to the Isle of Lewis. Ayesha was very friendly and gave us very good tips in advance for places to have dinner in Ullapool. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a stunning view down to Loch Broom and the mountains. Ardlair is situated a...

We had a fantastic weekend at Ardlair - the room was very modern, spacious and had beautiful views of the loch. The bed was also really comfy! Ayesha was a wonderful host, she made us feel very welcome, gave useful recommendations of eating places, and even allowed us to check out late so we could shower after a morning hike...

We stayed 2 nights at the Ardlair BnB. Because we were there in the off season, breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the price reflected that. Our room was GREAT! It was large with a very comfortable king-sized bed and a large picture window looking out over the loch. We had coffee supplies and cutlery in the...

This is a really nice guesthouse. There is enough space in the rooms and everything is clean. You have a view on the Loch. The only thing we missed here was breakfast. However, fresh milk and butter is supplied and there a menus in the room for local places to enjoy breakfasts. Ayesha is very friendly. We recommend this guesthouse!

A very stylish and modern B&B with lots of little extras like homebake biscuits and even a wee dram to taste! Great view with a lovely sunset and lots of off-road parking space. Separated from the family part of the house therefor lots of privacy.

Located just above Loch Broom and with a splendid view on the Loch and down towards the village, this modern B&B is certainly a top marks when travelling across the Scottish mainland. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and offered a taster of scotch...!

The attention to detail given by Ayesha to the decor of this Guest House has resulted in one of the nicest suites we have encountered. The bedroom is spacious with outstanding views over Loch Broom, which can be enjoyed even more by the complimentary supply of binoculars to watch shipping and wildlife. All furnishings are of a very high standard...

Ardlair is a ideal BandB magnificently situated some 50 feet above the shoreline with wonderful views across Loch Broom and the entry down into Ullapool. It's actually only a B as breakfast is not provided, which is an arrangement that suits us very well. The room was lovely, well-furnished and comfortable Our hostess was friendly and efficient and provided lots...
