Cute room and comfy bed, and dog friendly which was great. But the service in the restaurant was not great, slow, chaotic and made several mistakes with our dinner. And not sure the rooms were worth the expensive rates.

Had a couple of lovely mornings at Ceilidh Place this half term. This time we were with our two boys, their wives and our one year old grandchildren. Staff were very obliging with high chairs etc. Food as always was great and fantastic atmosphere.

You can take a room at the ceilidh place bunkhouse. I stayed there one night on my own. Mind you, the comfort level is really low for that price. Apart from the youth hostel, the only cheaper place in Ullapool would be the campsite and a tent. ;-)
