Last time we visited the cliff hotel was 5 years ago, the hotel renovation has been done to a high standard we were very surprised how much it has changed, the reception area is very pleasant and welcoming, a young man even helped my husband with our bags down the steps. The location is special, the views from the restaurant...

We stayed at the Cliffs on January 1st and 2nd 2016. It was our second visit and once again had a great time. The food and service was excellent and the addition of the new bar means there is now more room to relax, taking the pressure off the smaller lounge bar. Also you get good views from there of Cardigan Bay.A little...

The hotel is located on the cliff top as the name suggests overlooking the estuary and out to sea. There is a beautiful lounge to relax and enjoy the view and also an outdoor terrace. We had a friendly welcome at reception. Our room was clean and obviously recently redecorated, it was comfortable and adequate for a weekend stay. There...

Had dinner with girlfriends last night at the Cliff Hotel and overall the experience was underwhelming. No accommodation for a vegan requirement with a starter, very junior staff who appeared overwhelmed with what must have been a normally busy Saturday night - large tables and private functions clearly took precedent whilst other smaller dinner groups were left to fend for...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience at The Carreg restaurant. We are sorry to hear of the problems you encountered during your meal and would like to take this opportunity to address some of these issues. Unfortunately, there is not currently a dedicated vegan starter option on our evening menu; although our chefs are always open to...

This was our third return visit to the Cliff, which is constantly being renovated to a very high standard. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a very comfortable, beautifully furnished room with a panoramic view. Our meals were of an excellent standard ,and the staff were extremely attentive and caring. We look forward to another visit .

We've been staying at this hotel twice a year for around 5 years now, previously we absolutely loved the bargains £100 a night with free evening meal, breakfast and dinner the next day... lately i can't help but feel we are paying for the renovations being done at the cliff, having said that it hasn't yet put us off coming...

Another visit to the Cliff Hotel and Spa, refubishment works still underway but well worth booking room 136 - excellent sea views and finally a room with plenty of space. With the spa facilities definitely a place to chill and relax.

The Cliff Hotel appears to be undergoing a refurbishment of the bedrooms, which can only be a good thing. we stayed in what I assume to be an unrefurbished room which was very functional and tired looking. The carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom was a little off-putting and the bathroom showed signs of mould. the room was very small...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit for a special occasion. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the service provided, but are disappointed that the meal was not to your taste. We do often receive excellent feedback on this particular dish, but do appreciate that it is difficult to visually display the crab meat as it...
