Stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. Warm welcome from Ashley when we checked in. Room with a sea view over the estuary was lovely too. Comfortable bed and fabulous power shower with complimentary toiletries. Free wifi in lounge but not in all rooms...so what? Very good food choice and quality in the restaurant and very tasty welsh breakfast...

We spent 3 nights at the hotel during an August visit to Barmouth. The setting is lovely and the views from the sea facing rooms is beautiful. Unfortunately the hotel appears to have seen better days, the carpets were decidedly scruffy and the chairs in the dining room needed replacing or at least a good clean. The staff were friendly...

Lovely building housing a small hotel with a modern interior in an amazing location. Stayed in a room with a sea view, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The breakfast was excellent. The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Only negative would be that the rooms are well appointed but slightly worn - if you're out walking all day none...

The views from this hotel are spectacular overlooking the harbor and the estuary that runs into the sea. The room while small are very comfortable. The food prepared by the German chef and GM was outstanding. The free breakfast had every possible choice you could ask for. The staff were very friendly and accomodating especially Ashley whose humor and kindness...

My husband and I spent one night here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and we absolutely loved it. We had a room over looking the estuary. It was big and clean and with a comfortable bed. The views were to die for. We had an evening meal in the hotel. We chose the three courses but I was so...

We stayed at the Bae Abermaw for the weekend and used it as a base to climb Snowdon. A lovely hotel with staff that couldn't do enough for us. The lounge was lovely and bright with lovely views over the harbour. There is a bar under construction but the staff offer table service if you want drinks in the lounge....

We have been staying here for a week and were all in all satisfied with our hotel choice. It's very calm and nicely situated overlooking Barmouth and the bay. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. However, the breakfast is very "English" and the buffet does not offer much variety. Our rooms were in general quite large but not very...

The staff were very nice and helpful. Top notch food. Would definately go again. only down side was a couple of easy chair in the room to relax and enjoy the magnificent view. Close enough to walk to the town.
