We stopped off overnight on a charity walk from Holyhead to Cardiff (Ffionsfundraisers). As you can imagine the walkers were exhausted after their 30 mile hike. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and extremely satisfied with our rooms and outlook over the river Wye and park. The Full Monty breakfast lived up to it`s name and I did not...

Absolutely excellent guest house with a great welcome and the best breakfast I've had in years. We would love to go back on a personal break so hope to do that soon. Highly recommend if you are in this part of beautiful Wales!

I stayed here while visiting family who live in Builth. I agree with previous reviews. I had a comfortable room and the owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. All in all, really good value. I will definitely stay again

Adrian and Lorna are lovely, welcoming people and made our stay very pleasant. The guest house is well situated near local amenities in the centre of Builth Wells, there are a couple of pubs nearby, shops and restaurants. It is within easy reach of the Brecon Beacons (~30 mins). The beds are very comfortable. The room we stayed in was...

My girlfriend and I stayed here whilst visiting family and were put in the large room at the top. Lorna and Adrian (who own the B&B) were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was large and comfy and the room was warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend Bronwye highly enough if you're staying in the area.

These people attended the cob sale and left our property with out paying and having smashed up one of our rooms, having supplied a stolen credit card number when booking. We phoned them and they said they were on their way home and would put a cheque in the post. I went over to the cob sale and hey presto,...

Stayed here whilst on route to north wales, a very warm welcome, rooms are clean and tidy with ensuite and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was spot on and both the staff which i presume were the owners could not have done enough, highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night while on the Wye Valley Walk. The position is superb - our room (a good size with an enormous bed) overlooked a rugby pitch on the other side of which was the river Wye - and consequently there is no noise from outside. However, there were some noises from the inside as the wall...

I'm really glad you loved your room and apologise for the snoring you could hear from the next room. We actually rebuilt the dividing walls between our bedrooms about three years ago and rebuilt them with full sound insulation. However I am afraid if someone snores loud enough i am afraid there will always some noise that penetrates, it is...

The hosts give an excellent welcome and level of service. The room we had was very comfortable where all aspects were of high quality. There was lots of choice at breakfast which was superb. The location is very convenient - central but quiet.
