Shower is great, the room has all basics, in the lobby / breakfast room there is wifi and a fridge with cold drinks, good location and fair price. As for breakfast we had toast, ham, cheese and a lot of cookies and cakes.

This past December, my husband and I spent five weeks traveling in southern Patagonia. We spent a week and a half in the El Chalten area and a week at El Paraiso. The ladies there treated us like family, stored bags, kept leftovers in their fridge, brought hot chocolate and tea to our room after we returned from a long...

Convenient, quiet location close to the main street, with friendly attentive staff. More of a guesthouse or decent hostel than a hotel. Clean, simple, fairly small rooms with decent beds and a bit of storage space. Good hot water. No TV, few power points (2 in bathroom), no bedside lamp, basic foam pillows.Breakfast is bakery items, tinned peaches and drinks....

You are probably here for the Fitzroy mountain range and if you dont bring your own tent this is a good base for a couple of day treks. Stayed here in september when it still was quite wintery and cold when the sun went down. However, this place was warm and cosy. Breakfast was basic and very focused on carbonhydrates...

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms nice, clean and spacious and so warm. Great views from the room window. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices. They make homemade pastries every day and they are delicious!

My mom & I had a very pleasant stay in El Paraiso! The staff was incredibly sweet & accommodating (they let us check-in to our room early b/c it was ready & let us check-out a bit late); their packed lunch was good (they even offered a non-sandwich vegetarian option) & affordable; breakfast was better than others (typical Argentinian breakfast...

Stayed here during a G adventure trip to patagonia! Cozy rooms, clean, hot water and close to everything in El Chalten! The breakfast is prabably as bad as all over Argentina! Mostly sweets but the juice was great! This place has everything you need!

We had a short stay of 2 nites here. Although staff did not speak a lot of English, they were all still very helpful and friendly especially Jessica. We came in Sept when not all the shops or restaurants were open and so she guided us to all the opened ones. They also greeted us with hot tea and coffee...

El Paraiso is a mountain inn located in the picturesque village of El Chalten at the foot of Mount Fitz Roy. It is a window to discover how this majestic mountain range is framed: so colorful, so sublime, so unique…A magical place that will captivate you with its simplicity, where the energy of the hills and the blue sky during the day, which is covered with bright stars at night, has the audacity to change its color at different times of the day.Few are those who find the right words to describe such a natural wonder, we found them and with them we welcome our visitors to the paradise… Welcome to El Paraíso! ... more   less
