We stayed for 6 nights. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Juan even helped us carry our kayak down to the lake. We met some lovely guests. The room was huge. We booked a Family suite room expecting 2 separate bedrooms and some sort of general living area which was not the case (take note Booking.com), however the management quickly put us at ease and gave us 2 x 1 room suites for the 4 adults and an infant which was our touring party for the same price we paid. We stayed at this hotel for a week and were perfecly satisfied. We has hired accommodation in Villa la Angostura for our summer holidays. We decided to spend three days in Villa Pehuenia - we had never been there before. My daughter booked the room in the net. We arrived late in the afternoon at Villa Pehuenia and we were having difficulty in finding accommodation due to peak summer holidays in Argentina. A helpful local recommended Hotel Peninsula de los Coihues. First impressions were excellent, the owner was charming and very helpful, then we saw a room.
