Comfortable, clean hotel located on the main drag of Easter Island. Alvaro, the manager, also does small group tours which is great if you don't want to have your photos spoilt by a busload of people - we arrived at Rano Raraku just as some of the big groups were heading to the exit. Alvaro's english is also excellent, having...

First off, this is Easter Island, you are not going to find Western-level luxury anywhere on the island. So with that standard in mind, this hotel is all around best choice I think. For around $60 per night, I got a clean room with private bathroom. There is no TV or air conditioning, but the a fan and an open...

I stayed here for 7 days. This hotel is reasonably priced for Easter Island and might be the most backpacker friendly place there. There's a pretty good kitchen where guests can cook their own meals and the supermarket is close by. In fact, the hotel is pretty centrally located in terms of hotels - the main restaurants and stuff couldn't...

I had a lovely stay at this property. Alvaro and his family were excellent hosts. From the time that I arrived (really as soon as I emailed for a reservation) I always felt that I had access to local insights and connections. The location is perfect-right on the main street. The personalized service is amazing and absolutely adds to the...

Inaki Uhi is a charming guesthouse on the main street in Hanga Roa, run by Alvaro and his family, from the moment you arrive at the airport, you feel at home! The rooms are basic but very comfortable and the little shared kitchens are really handy if you're on a budget and want to cook dinner for yourself. The tours...

My name is Grace, i stayed here for over a week. Before making my reservations a made a quality/location/price table of all the accomodations on easterisland. I posted my results on couchsurfing. This accomodation was the best to me because the price was most competative with the other accomodations and it was really good situated because i wanted to cook...

Inaki Uhi is really the perfect choice for anyone who want to spend a great time in Easter Island! Last august I spent 4 unforgettable days in the Island and my experience was amazing! The hotel is wonderful - great location in the city centre of Hanga Roa - the rooms are big, really clean and beds are extremely confortable,...

Easter Island love it so much, it is a very magical island and the stories from Alvaro owner of Inaki Uhi are amazing. Alvaro does tours and he knows what he is talking about, giving great insight to the history. Easter Island is not a place to go to if you want to be surrounded by luxury. But it is...

People do not travel to Easter Island casually. There are few flights, and they are often expensive. Expectations of a luxurious beach vacation in the South Pacific should never have been entertained in the first place. Most of us who travel to Easter Island are there because we are facinated by the famous statues and the history behind them. What...

Staying at this hotel made my visit to the island a pleasure. The owners, a family, are very helpful and nice. The place is simple but beautiful, fresh and clean. I choosed to use the kitchen instead of getting breakfast for the flexibility in when and what to eat for breakfast. Alvaro, the manager, not only is very nice, talks...
