I spent at the hotel for three days. The location is really good and our room is really a beachfront hotel with excellent ocean view...the service is as good as those big brand, but considering the price, worthy every penny. The front desk staff try to respond your questions in a very friendly way,,,Value Choice!

The rooms are basic but the views and location are just wonderful. Nice breakfast. A 20 minutes walk from town, but if you take the path along the shoreline you have a very nice view. The staff was very friendly.

For native inhabitants, tourism is both a blessing and a curse. Within a day or two, one becomes self-educated, when some of this unspoken angst rubs upon those who visit the island. The owners who managed the hotel went about as though they were burdened by more than a mere chip on their shoulders. The hotel is dated, far removed...

We really loved this place. We found all the staff to be very helpful and happy! Suggest getting a room with a view because they're pretty amazing. A bit of a walk to town but we only saw this as a positive, the hotel with the best views on island by far.

This hotel should be a three, but the view and pool area merits a four rating imo. Pros The location is stunning, an almost 360 degree view out over the ocean with beautiful sunsets. The pool area is very relaxing and the rock swimming pool built into the cliff down by the ocean is really unique and beautiful. The rooms...

Hotel is in a great location and has beautiful view to the ocean. Rooms are basic, clean, there is a free wifi in reception, the staff is helpful and very friendly and all were very accommodating. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed with 2 kids of 8 and 13 years old at this nice hotel; basic rooms but with stunning views of the sea. It's a bit far from Downtown, walking distance if less than 2 km is ok for you or a $2.000 Chilean pesos for a cab ride will solve. I arranged dinner as well and it was...

Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the center of town. Rooms are somewhat dated. Grounds are beautiful, and include a natural sea water pool down by the rocks, as well as a cave with petroglyphs. Lovely vacation, spoiled by several interactions we had with a manager (Alicia?). On arrival we were famished so we went to the dining room...

GOOD: The views and sunsets are absolutely amazing. You even get to see a plane or two land up close. The rock pool is a little walk to get to down the hill but, it's a really unique experience. BAD: We checked in and were given Room 39. When we opened up we saw that it had 3 single beds....

Easter Island is fantastic but this hotel was one of the worst hotels at which I have ever stayed. It was like camping out - we did not have hot water 3 of the 4 days my group stayed there. They use solar heating and only turn the hot water on during limited times but the switch to turn hot...
