We stayed with 2 kids of 8 and 13 years old at this nice hotel; basic rooms but with stunning views of the sea. It's a bit far from Downtown, walking distance if less than 2 km is ok for you or a $2.000 Chilean pesos for a cab ride will solve. I arranged dinner as well and it was... More

Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the center of town. Rooms are somewhat dated. Grounds are beautiful, and include a natural sea water pool down by the rocks, as well as a cave with petroglyphs. Lovely vacation, spoiled by several interactions we had with a manager (Alicia?). On arrival we were famished so we went to the dining room... More

GOOD: The views and sunsets are absolutely amazing. You even get to see a plane or two land up close. The rock pool is a little walk to get to down the hill but, it's a really unique experience. BAD: We checked in and were given Room 39. When we opened up we saw that it had 3 single beds.... More

Easter Island is fantastic but this hotel was one of the worst hotels at which I have ever stayed. It was like camping out - we did not have hot water 3 of the 4 days my group stayed there. They use solar heating and only turn the hot water on during limited times but the switch to turn hot... More

Spent a wonderful 4 days and 4 nights here last November! What a place! This place wins 100% for location. Those views... holy cow. I mean... this is what I came for. Oh, and to see the stone heads. :-) Yes, it is somewhat like a motel, and the rooms are basic (3-star at best.. maybe 2). But the rooms... More

This was not the hotel mentioned in our Globus tour itinerary. No English speaking TV stations. Floors were not as clean as I expected. Lovely grounds, congenial and helpful staff members and good food.

Designing a post cruise package tour to Easter Island , Norwegian Cruise Line and Rapa Nui Tours chose this off the beaten track hotel. They advertised a four star property. The views are spectacular on this craggy lands end location but the amenities are few. The hotel was about 2 miles from the only town on Easter Island along undeveloped... More

It is hard to give one single rating for this hotel. It really depends on what you are looking for. After a couple of grumpy responses from the staff and reading about the "evil sisters" I was tempted to downgrade my rating, but the truth is that the views and the grounds are so beautiful I did not care about... It wasn't my first choice, but since most of the accomodation in the island was either booked or crazy expensive, we decided to give it a try. The rooms are very basic but very humid. Bed is hard. Breakfast was quite simple with not many variety. On the other hand, prices were quite steep for the quality. at this price... More

This hotel had lovely grounds, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. I booked a room and 2 meals a day. The breakfast and dinner were both very good and the staff was very lovely. My flight out wound up getting cancelled and the staff was very helpful in helping me re-book my flights. The hotel is located slightly away from... More
