We were booked in on a trip run by Mercury Holidays in the UK and this was the worst hotel we stayed in by far. Set in well kept gardens, close to the shops etc, this could have been so much better a hotel with a bit of attention to details. There was what could have been a very nice...

The hotel is rated as 3 star, but it was very good. The accommodation was single storey, and all the rooms were spread out through the garden. I had a lovely room which overlooked the pool. The rooms all have air con. Breakfast was good, not sure if you can eat there in the evening. The staff were really pleasant...

Close to the centre of Hnga Roa (but it's not very big anyway!) opposite the fire station; we enjoyed watching the two firemen (Jose and Hose B, of course) continually manoeuvring their machines in and out of the depot, playing with them and cleaning them (they were clean machines). Hotel is on one level; very pleasant, great gardens and spacious...

As this is a three star we weren't expecting a great deal. But it seemed better than a three star. The staff were really pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. the AC worked and the shower was powerful. The pool area was nice to relax in as well. The location was good within the centre of hanga...

The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and the rooms look onto this, there is also a small swimming pool which was great after a hot day sightseeing. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff did an excellent job keeping them clean. There is a safety deposit box in the wardrobe/shelving unit. The air...

It's in a great location and the rooms are fine, with comfortable beds, hot water and decent toilets. The breakfast is pretty good and the grounds, with the swimming pool are lovely. And yet it could be better. Charging for internet connection seems petty. There is no bar or even a place to buy water. Check out is 10.00, even...

I went there with my mom and we were well taken care of. Everything we needed the staff were able to help. I also heard them talking to people in different languages (spanish, english, french and german), I think that might help travelers who don't speak spanish (or Rapa Nui!)

All the rooms are set amid beautiful gardens. The room was light and airy with a high ceiling, spacious and clean. A large open wall unit provided shelves, drawers, hanging space, a safe and a small fridge - great for water and drinks. Beds were comfortable and the shower was fine with plenty of hot water. Shampoo and soap (no...

I've given this hotel three stars only to reflect that the accommodation itself is quite basic, but overall I really enjoyed our stay here and if you don't mind simple accommodation I would recommend it. Our compact room had tiled flooring, a table and one upright chair, some hanging space and a shelves, and one double and one single bed....
