We should have know when it was empty there was a problem. I guess we were not expecting 5star and I wouldn't be writing this but for the fact the staff yelled at me and wanted to charge me US$20 because the room was filthy....More
We stayed here for 3 nights and had the upgrade room (number 20). Taking on board that we are on Easter Island, the hotel was still very dated and in need of some modernisation.
We had a private terrace overlooking the pool but the grass...More
I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour with GAdventures and didn't think it was worth the cost of the room. I don't expect much when booking through a tour company but the room was subpar. The hotel itself was outdated, but not...More
Loved staying here. Rooms are simple but spacious and the beds are uber comfy. Bathroom is a good size with powerful shower. Breakfast was great but you need to pay extra if you want eggs. Wifi (when it's working) is available in the lobby.

There isn't a proper bar, but you can get drinks here and there is a sort of lounge area and seating outside. There is red and white wine and other drinks in your room, some in fridge and these were very reasonably priced for the Island, when everything has to be bought in. Safe in room as well. Go for the larger more expensive rooms, well worth it. You get a slightly more private patio immediately outside your patio doors overlooking the lush gardens.
