Stayed here for 3 days, and enjoyed it. We had been told the room would be basic, so were pleasantly surprised. It was very large, with a patio door leading to decking overlooking the tropical garden. There was a decent fridge, and comfortable beds, and everything was neat clean and tidy. Not much hanging space for clothes, but adequate shelving...

I loved this little hotel in Hanga Roa. It's beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. Refrigerator and air conditioning in the room. Easy walking distance to restaurants, post office, mini-market, etc.. Two minor caveats - the hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast (at least while I was there), and...

Good location (about 15 min walk from main street), very friendly and helpful reception staff, hotel has beautiful decoration and also beautiful and very well maintained garden. Depend on the time you can find free tea offered that is very good. Breakfast is good. The room it is served has a beautiful view of the garden. You should look for...

As a woman traveling alone with an imperfect command of the Spanish language, Gomero was just about perfect. My room was bright and clean, overlooking beautiful grounds and the pool, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. It was an easy walk to town--once in a while I would have...

We stayed at Hotel Gomero for 3 nights after having done quite a bit of research on where to stay on Easter Island. Gomero was actually my third choice (after Tauraa and Te’ora), but for one reason or another Gomero is where we ended up. Gomero is located a 15 minute walk from Hanga Roa harbour; 15 minutes, that is,...

I stayed 5 nights at hotel Gomero, in a standard room (no a/c, just a fan too cool off). It was a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. They have a fantastic garden and pool to lounge around at the end of a long day. The breakfasts were provided, simple but satisfing. This is by no stretch a 5 star...

Easter Island was spectacular. It was mared by the very expensive Hotel Gomero that had horrible rooms. The room had horrible beds, no furniture except for one chrome chair and a tv tray type table. the garden and pool was nice. No instructions on the use of the safe and there were two robberies of people entering gust rooms at...

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. Our room opened onto a lovely garden with small pool which was very welcome at the end of a sightseeing day. There are lots of covered outdoor seating areas with settees and chairs which gives a pleasant place to unwind at the end of the day. The room itself was comfortable and...

The hotel Gomero is a lovely place. It's situated about a 10 minute walk from the main shopping area in a quiet suburb. The grounds of the hotel are beutifully kept with lots of flowers and there are pleanty of loungers to relax on.There is a relatively small pool but it's big enough. We were met at the airport by...

We arrived on Rapa Nui, or Isla de Pascua or Easter Island from Tahiti and were greeted with a lei greeting by a gentleman from the hotel. We got the 'grand' tour of Hanga Roa on our way to the hotel, rather then the quick route, which was nice. Everyone seems to comment that this hotel is expensive. Well, that...
