I was surprised to find the temperature so hot! I live in the South, so was really hoping it would be a little cooler. I wouldn't return unless it was Spring or Fall. We were there July 17-24, 2015 Pros: Very friendly staff, beautiful lake view (not all have a lake view), on site restaurant is excellent, good entertainment, free...

We booked this through a cooperating rci company- not rci. We were promised 3 beds & 1 couch bed but received 2beds & 2 couches. Had to make an appointment with the office and receive the hard sales pitch and talking down my timeshare from a rude time pusher only to get the "if you won't spend more money too...

My family vacations at Crown Point Resort every year. There is a lake for fishing, boating and relaxing. The White River is also one of the kids favorites for floating. We also trout fish on the White River with Bill Terry, fishing guide service. There are different inventories and Platinum owners get into the new condos and cabins. We always...

The good: we stayed in unit 102 and were very happy with the accommodations. Beautiful view of the lake. The staff was friendly; the resort in general was very good. We stayed 12/30-1/1, left early due to boredom. Weather was very cold (20's) and freezing rain was predicted. The not-so-good: The $15/day "activity fee" is a complete rip-off in the...

I just returned from what should have been a nice week on the lake in winter...but.... I was assigned to rm 415B on the evening of 12/27/14. On the morning of 12/28, I awoke to find a mass of bumps up my hands to my shoulders, on my face, the back of my neck and even into my hair. I...

My family vacations there just about every year. It's a nice resort and the workers are very friendly. We like it because it is very family-oriented. I feel very comfortable letting my kids go to the playground. And the lake is nice - not too large - so you don't have the problem with lots of annoying speed boats. I'd...

We just returned from this resort and I will try to be true in all my statements. The pros: Our unit # 901(2 bdrm.) was absolutely the cleanest that we have ever been in in the last 20 years of time shares. The décor was also quite unusual and the porch with a lake view was great. Nitely shows were...

We received a 7 night free Resort Vacation certificate for listening to a Wyndam timeshare presentation. I had vacation days to use up so we choose the closest place to home for a spur of the moment trip to do nothing. We were charged a $10 per day activity fee. Which probably goes to pay some of the folks they...

This is a quiet resort and a great place to relax. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort offers kayaks, canoes, horseshoes, and has both an indoor and outdoor pool. They offer activities most nights. The restaurant on site is also good. The grocery store is only 2 minutes away and has pretty much anything you...

I just returned from vacation with my two grandsons and sister. We had a wonderful time and will be returning next year for sure. I was so nervous about choosing this place because of all the negative reviews. Once we checked in and got to our room I knew I had picked the perfect place. A pier was located to...
