We arrived at night, and the hotel lit up like a gem in the night. Salt hotel seems to be a must stay in while in the area, and it did not disappoint. The interior of the hotel is very cozy with nice homely designs. The lounge around were in abundance and nicely designed- one would start to wonder if...

Considering the location on the Salar de Uyuni, this is a very nice plaace. Staff is helpful and friendly and the buffet food was good. I'd like to see some fish on the menu..... We stayed in #504-- in a wing that is still under construction. Room and view were nice. If I owned this hotel, I would be concerned...

this place is about a half hour away from the town of uyuni........there's absolutely nothing anywhere nearby so you have to entertain yourself.........fortunately I was with an overseas adventure travel group and we found things to do........my room was excellent and the meals we had (two breakfasts and two dinners) were good.......it's located right on the edge of the salt...

My wife and I spent one night at this hotel at the end of our 4-day journey through Southwestern Bolivia and Uyuni salt flat. The tour agent told us at booking this was the only salt hotel left with availability and so we took it without much thoughts. Given the remoteness of the region, we didn't have a whole lot...

The hotel features nice, spacious rooms with salt floor. (Except for bathroom) and nice sitting area with view on the salt flats. Excellent mattresses and cushions. Quite some posh features as led lighting around the bed(?) for this remote location. ..Dinner was a soup and risotto veal with Parmesan cookie...quality ok but quantity too little!!! We left the table feeling...

Following our tour of the extraordinary Salar de Uyuni and Lagunas, we spent one night at this hotel. Given the remoteness of this part of the world, one needs to be more forgiving than usual. Nonetheless, I'd say this hotel was just barely average. The hotel appears to cater to Japanese tour groups (we were among what seemed to be...

This hotel is all made of salt and very attractive. The staff are very nice and the hot water, heat, the wifi, cleanliness of the room, food are so good. The salt flat is very close. For your visit in the dry season ( July, August,...), I would recommend you to pick out this hotel.

In spite of many things missing (cable, heat, hot water at times) most problems were solved (DVDs, blankets, hot water bags) and the recepcionist's attention was great. However the main issue was the food service. Dinner was pretty expensive for us since we were five so used the snack service: First night we ordered Burgers and we were told it...

The hotel is really beautiful. It doesn't look like any place I have ever stayed. Its modern and very clean, but also has many special extras that I didn't notice in hotel photos before I arrived. There are many places to sit throughout the hotel, with beautiful pillows, hip light fixtures, fireplaces, and my favorite were these salt sculptures they...
