I went in Leticia a week ago, in this hostel was perfect. I mean : The staff were very friendly and helpful (motor bike tour around the place to find restaurants, etc...), the rooms was clean. But for the best part is that they organise very good Trekking in the jungle for the price. I took the 3 days and... More

Marta is one of the best host I have ever met, Wonderful breakfasts, always helpful with directions and also teach how to make Arazá Juice. The place is just one block away from the Loritos Park where every day at 5pm thousands of parakeets come to sleep

We stayed here for one night to take the plane back to Bogota the next morning. For this purpose the place is perfect. Cheap, quite and in the center. The place has since a few days a new owner, and this family is very friendly and helpful

We were not excpecting a lot and the first impression from the outside and the very friendly staff (they were super helpful and made perfect Caipitinha) was very good. Unfortunately our room (room 5 at the back because the rooms in front are quite noisy because of the street) was very unclean and run down. The bathroom was horrible (dirt... More

I asked for the address of the Parroquia Beato de Jesus Escuela School. They did more than just give me the address. They brought me to the school and brought me to where the person that I wanted talked to lived. Very Helpful

My wife and I stayed at La Jangada for 10 day stay in Leticia. We really enjoyed every minute of it, and it was because of this place. Everyone was amazing from the managers to the help and the people it seemed to attract it. Herve, one of the owners, is an enthusiastic and resourceful insight into all things Amazon.... More

The staff here were really helpful, the breakfast (for an extra COP5,000) was great, the WiFi was strong (amazing in Leticia) and the kitchen ladies were super sweet. Plus there's two cool couches inside and a little balcony outside. Good location too, right in town. Our private room was COP50,000 which was reasonable but the major problem was that we... More

I stayed with my girlfriend for 2 days and it was great. First off: Martha is a true gem. She helped us with all our questions and was super friendly. Our room was spacious, had a sunny side window, fan, private shower and a TV. We really had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We found this hostel very average compared to every other place we have stayed. It was very expensive for what you got. Pretty dirty (dead cockroach on the floor and strong damp smell) also and there is not a good relaxing area. We also took a tour into the amazon from here and thought it was overpriced. The tour guide... More
