We stayed here a couple of times. Went for the pool honestly. The sides were slimy but when it's 40C out you don't really care. The rooms are ok, clean but older. Aircon was great! The free breakfast was good. The little birds and the feeder outside made it charming. We met some nice people staying here.

This hotel and camping site is on the riverbank in Maun. The staff is very friendly and polite, the restaurant and bar are good, the swimming pool is an added bonus in the heat, overall, it is value for money in a country like Botswana where everything is quite expensive.

Comfortable bed, hot water, coffee and air con. That's as flash as it gets and all I wanted, no complaints. Approximately half hour from Zimbabwe border. Wifi not too flash or as they say in Africa, ish ish

We spent there 2 nights. One of the night, booked and paied month ago, has been canceled without any advice as a big group reserved the whole hotel this night. So we had to delay our stay and be relocates for the night in question. The hotel itself seems good but it's quite old fashioned and not really good maintained....

We stayed at the Sedia before and after a trip into the Okavango Delta. It was perfectly adequate, though somewhat dated. Our room had two single beds, with good mosquito netting, en-suite bathroom with hot water, and air conditioning that actually worked even when the power was out for the lights! (AC and TV must be on a separate generator.)...

Lovely environment but not that safe. A fellow traveller was robbed of all her money and cards as soon as she checked in. The room where b/fast was served early next day was crowded with 2 or 3 tour groups at the same time. B/fast items run out pretty quickly, and were not replaced fast enough; tables were not cleared...

Was booked in this hotel for a visit to the Okavango Delta. Very pleasant surroundings with an outdoor pool and car area. The rooms and chalets are very comfortable and spacious with mosquito nets should you want to use them. WiFi is available but limited to the reception area (personally not a big issue for me) and some of the...

This hotel receives both brickbats and bouquets. Our room had no remotes for TV or air conditioner. TV remote eventually arrived, but we had to borrow a remote from a nearby room to access air conditioning. Some rooms had fridges, others not. Lovely little balcony, nice outlook, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The buffet was adequate, but the service in the...

The hotel has good facilities, its veranda, swimming pool, and in-room terrace. The breakfast had a large variety, the dinner was not bad. The beds and bedsheets were comfortable enough for a good night sleep. However the hotel rooms needed to be reburfished ( fixtures be repaired, locks, etc) .Cleaning standards needed to be improve.

It appears this hotel receives mixed reviews. I can't say we had any complaints. This was our base camp for a trip into the Okavango Delta, which is easily accessible from this location (a tour company even leaves from the hotel). Our room was quiet and the grounds were beautiful. The pool and outdoor restaurant/bar area are tropical and picturesque....
