We stayed for 2 nights after gorilla trekking and loved it here! Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the showers have lots of hot water. The staff were all so lovely and helpful and greeted us with fresh passion fruit juice on arrival. The breakfast was very good and wifi worked well. There is also a delicious (& very...

Four of us (all Brits) stayed here for two nights when we were in town for a self organised gorilla trek. Booking over the Internet was straightforward and efficient. We had two double rooms, both a decent size and very clean. Mosquito nets were provided but I don't think there is much problem around there. The bathrooms were clean and...

I stayed here as a one night stopover after crossing the border from Uganda on the way to Kigali. Booked directly by email and paid $60. They accept visa. If you are travelling independently without transport and arriving at the bus station of note the hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the bus station - don't get ripped...

Our family of 5 with 'kids' aged 14,18 and 20 stayed here for 3 nights in early January 2015. We stayed in the family suite which had 2 large adjoining rooms and 2 ensuites and a small sitting room all appeared brand new. We saved so much money by booking our permits directly through Rwanda Tourism and collecting them ourselves...

A great "new" hotel in Ruhengeri. We couldn't have been more warmly received. Fine bar. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant. Rooms have the latest "Chinese" stylings, and are new, comfortable, clean. Makes a great base if work brings you to Ruhengeri. The last visit was with the family to see the Gorillas. The kids appreciated the kindness of the staff...

Stayed 3 days and 3 nights. Amazing customer service; very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and professional, flexible and helpful. Would definitely recommend it! One note though, order your meal in advance as everything is done "on order" so it might take time.

After researching Trip Advisor we thought that this hotel might work. 10 min drive from the park entrance, Olivier's (hotel manager) great hospitality, reasonable rates, airport pick up facilities and found out other matters through the research. We will never regret the decision. It was just perfect for our needs. The hospitality shown at the hotel was top class. After...

Spent two days here over Easter 2014 on my way through from Uganda to Tanzania. The hotel room was a good size, well appointed and good facilities including flushing toilet and hot shower (don't take this for granted in Africa). I was able to shower rather than sponge bath. Staff were very friendly and met my need for internet by...

We stayed one night here before gorilla trekking - the hotel provided complimentary bus tickets from Kigali to Ruhengeri and collected us from the bus station - similar assistance was provided for onward travel. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Olivier. Rooms were clean and warm and completely prepared to host those leaving early morning for gorilla trekking.
