The room was ordinary but reasonably spacious and spotlessly clean, with a good bathroom. The garden is lovely, a calm oasis in a busy town. The restaurant is good, a pleasant place to eat or snack. They will also pack a breakfast or lunch to take trekking or touring. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and conscientious. There are occasional power...

We used Bristol Cottages as a base for our Kilimanjaro trek were group of 9 Stayed there one nights before and one night after a very successful Kilimanjaro climb. Room was spacious, basic, and very clean. Shower was great - lots of pressure and hot water. Bed was large, very comfortable and good mosquito netting. Air conditioning worked well but...

Stayed here two nights before and one night after a very successful Kilimanjaro climb. Room 2 was spacious, basic, and very clean. Shower was great - lots of pressure and hot water. Bed was large, very comfortable and good mosquito netting. Air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. Location in Moshi is excellent for walking all over -...

We stayed here for one night at the start of our wildlife tour of Northern Tanzania. We arrived late in the evening but were quickly shown to our room on the second floor. Our room was enormous with two large single beds pushed together with a large mosquito net over. The bed was comfy but we had a bad nights...

Stayed here the night before and after our Kilimanjaro climb. Basic but nice enough hotel. Clean, which is the main thing, one bottle of water a day provided. the TV did not work and the wifi was intermittent. A court yard area available to sit in during the day. As mentioned on many of the other reviews the food took...

This is a pretty friendly and convenient spot. A courtyard with small garden. It does suffer from being a little noisy; I don't just mean a couple lads who were on the Jäger until 5am! There is traffic, street noise and a nearby early call to worship. Watch out for the aircon. The buckets may overflow from your own or...

I stayed at Bristol Cottages before and after my Kilimanjaro climb, as part of the tour package I chose. Personally I would't stay there because it's too expensive for what I am willing to pay. But I must admit, despite of or maybe thanks to the price, it's a very nice place. I had a very spacious twin room with...

We stayed a total of 3 nights at Bristol cottages. The central location makes it very easy to go to the local supermarkets, and to find nice places to dine or have an afternoon coffee. While the rooms are quite basic, all works: electricity, airconditioning, bathroom stuff, warm water, flat TV. So to local standards this certainly is a 3...

We stayed here before and after our Kilimanjaro trek. We stayed in one of the cottages. It had a big bed and a TV on the wall. The bathroom is not large and the shower floods the floor, but nothing major. The cafe offers good food. The pizza and chicken curry were very good. There is a good size grocery...

Nothing special about this hotel, but it is in a good location in Moshi, and has a good restaurant. Friendly staff. The gardens are attractive, and the rooms are average both from cleanliness and comfort standpoints.
