The room was clean as was the bathroom. All you need is there (bed, shower) but no extra's. We stayed in room 103 and room 108 and throughout the night we had constant noice of what I guess is the water boiler. It's something you sleep through but the noice is quite present and can be annoying. Breakfast is included...

Great place to stay! Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water is reliable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food at the attached restaurant was good and the service excellent. No problems at all. Located in the center of Moshi. Everything's nearby.

We decided to try a hotel located more centrally in Moshi after staying our first few nights in the Mountain Inn. Although this hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced, those are really the only two benefits we found with the property. As it is located fairly close to the local mosque, a call to prayer sounded for more than...

Found this excellent hotel 2009 and since then I've stayed there 7 times. Never had any kind of trouble, the staff is very friendly and helpful, service is fantastic and so on. Internet access is OK and without extra charge. Also works at least in some of the rooms. Some of the rooms give a nice view of Kilimanjaro. I...

We stayed here before and after our Kilimanjaro trek. It was a basic, no thrills hotel but clean and in the center of town. We loved being able to walk outside and explore during the day. The hotel was a bit noisy starting from 5am until evening time due to its close proximity to the street.

Cheap no frills hotel which was more than adequate for our needs. Noisy but added to the experience. Great friendly staff, good selection of beer, although it was necessary to request cold beer! Some power cuts, but that's life. Good location, atm next door. Would use again

The Leopard is a relatively cheap hotel in the centre of Moshi. The clientele are a mix of European travellers and Tanzanian businessmen. Its great selling point is its location and the excellent air-conditioning of the very adequate spacious rooms. Nothing is very fancy or touristic, but a good budget hotel, and close to some good restaurants where to eat....

We stayed here for a few nights before and after our Safari and Kili climb. We had very comfortable suites at the front of the hotel (Rooms 318 and 319), right on Market St. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of town. It was undoubtedly noisy from 5am - 11pm, especially with the "call to prayer"...

I slept there for 2 nights, and had a good experience - the staff speaks english well, the food in the restaurant is good and affordable (and they're quick!) and the rooms were clean. The hotel is in the heart of Moshi, and right next to an ATM, which I found really practical.
