Booked a Kilimanjaro climb and Safari with Zara, they own the hotel so obvious place to stay. We were not disappointed, with nice AC'd rooms, many nice gardens, great meals in their outdoor eatery, food bar and fantastic staff.

Springlands Hotel and Zara Adventures are both phenomenal. We stayed there as part of a safari with Zara in January 2017, and we were blown away with the quality and care we received from every single person we interacted with. It truly is an impressive organization and their charity support just earns further respect from us. Our safari guide was...

The hotel is located in great location for climbers to kilimanjaro, air condition is provided in every room. Food provided is delicious, staff there are enthusiastic. Equipment for rent is not bad as well.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The restaurant food was very good. Elia was the best server! The pool area, the outside sitting areas were well cared for and comfortable. The wifi was sporadic and sometimes the power went out. I think that is normal there. I would absolutely stay there again.

We had an excellent time at Springlands in Moshi both before and after our climb up Kilimanjaro. The staff is excellent. Everyone we encountered was warm and hospitable. It was easy to get taxis into Moshi, as well as schedule anything we needed at Springlands. A couple of things to keep in mind: food is served buffet style, which means...

Beautiful, clean, staff are so kind and helpful. Food was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. It's also great that they are associated with the Kilimanjaro climb...owned by Zara tours...who I would ABSOLUTELY recommend for both kili climbs and safari adventures.

What an amazing experience. Very friendly staff at the hotel. Our guide (Innocent) and his team for our Kilimanjaro Trek where fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better guide, he looked after us every step of the way and made our venture a memorable and enjoyable experience. 5 star experience, highly recommended.
