Food looked good but taste was poor considering this is a working farm and the food should reflect that. This is a chain hotel and the focus is on appearances and not so much substance. A gin tonic cost $14 !

big and nice garden; not enough number of staff; very noisy in the night - some animals make noise on the roof; middle class level of facilities in the room and bath; good variety of fresh food; very high price of the drinks;

We stayed there for 1 night between our Ngorongoro day trip and the Ndutu area. From all the hotel we stayed in, it was not my favourite. It was very busy - too much for us versus other camp/lodge we went to. The room are nice. Nothing special. Food is good, with a large choice. The bbq meat was really...

simply beautiful place. the rooms are amazing, the food is delicious and the gardens are just breath taking. try to schedule it on the end of your safari for some indulgence after living in a car for a few days. you will not regret.

Beautiful lodge with excellent staff and great food. We were in room Mbuni and had a nice view of the green surroundings. The food served is partly grown on the farm and delicious. The only downside is the distance to the actual park: While the Ngorongoro park gate is only 5-10min away, it will take approx 40min to get into...

Total wow factor in so many ways! Spacious rooms that have everything you need. Rooms are spread out on the property in villa like settings. Buffet style meals are outstanding with lots of fresh veggies and fruits grown in the property. If you have time to pack your own lunch for your safari, you'll be pleasantly surprised with your choices....

I am back from my trip (post one week) and wanted to comment on how much we enjoyed our Stay at the Farm House. After spending 15 days out "in the bush" sucking in road dirt and riding in a vehicle 6-10 hours a day. The Farm House was a breath of fresh air! I read some of the comments,...

Loved the rooms but too many people. We prefer a smaller location with a more personal feel about it. The gardens were beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. It's fine if you just like buffet food, we like to sit and be spoilt whilst on holiday.

The farm house has a great location and a beautiful setting, the plants grown in front of the house makes a great decor. The food is good and you get to pick what to bring in your lunchbox the day after. The house you stay in is very big and has good decorations, but can be far from the main...

Well after these people's camping sites this is definitely far better! The accommodation cannot be faulted neither can the helpful service. The facilities are very good although I did not use them however the dinner was bad. No not good at all. Rough in fact! But if you are prepared to forsake quality food this place is good and so...
